I even took a day off work one month in order to meet the deadline! Then, as I ran out of vacation time, more than once I've had to write fast, skip editing, and post within hours of the deadline. I have so many short stories that are half (or quarter) done I've taken my "Works In Process" page down. Too many things keep taking up my time. Like my day job, for instance. It was my 3rd attempt but I have yet to manage 50K. I struggle after the first week or so. You do better with blog posts than me!
